ISO 27001 certification

Quest has successfully transitioned to the ISO 27001:2022 standard. We are incredibly proud of our team for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence in achieving this significant milestone!

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized standard for Information Security. Achieving this certification demonstrates that our organization effectively manages information security risks and maintains a robust, compliant ISMS.

Quest has been ISO 27001 certified since 2016. As part of the recent transition and recertification audit, we were formally assessed by Amtivo, an internationally accredited certification body. Based on the evidence reviewed, the Lead Assessor determined that Quest’s management system fully meets the requirements for a successful transition to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Certification body based in Dublin and deemed to comply with the requirements of this standard, meaning;

  • We systematically examine our information security risks, taking account of threats, vulnerabilities and impacts.
  • We have designed and implemented a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security controls and risk treatment plans to address any unacceptable risks.
  • We have adopted an overarching management process to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet our information security needs on an ongoing basis.

Commenting on the certification, Steve Wilson, Managing Director said,

“We believe that ISO 27001 certification is critical in the environment in which we operate and it is essential we have these processes in place to safeguard our customer’s data. This new certification emphasizes Quest’s core values of commitment, reliability and excellence. It confirms that companies and organisations can trust and rely on us to keep their information and data 100% secure.”
