What Personal Information Do We Collect and Receive From You?
You may give us personal data by:
- Corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. When you contact us, we ask that you disclose only as much information as is necessary to provide you with our products and services or to submit a question, suggestion or comment in relation to our products or services.
- Filling in forms on www.quest.ie, www.grantmanagementsoftware.com or www.totalaims.com. This includes information provided through contact forms, demo request forms and similar forms. The typical personal data collected includes contact name, position, organisation, email address and telephone number.
- Applying to work with us. The personal data you provide may include your curriculum vitae, cover letter, name, address, email address and phone number. CVs should include information relevant to your employment history and education. We ask that you do not disclose sensitive personal information, such as gender, height, weight, medical information, religion, philosophical or political beliefs, or financial data, in your application.
- Providing employee contact details as a customer, supplier or business contact. This may include contact name, email address, business address, telephone number, VAT number and billing payment details.
- Providing comments, postings or other content uploaded to Quest websites or social media platforms.
- Contacting customer support. Support calls are logged and tracked in the Quest Support System.

What Information About You Do We Obtain From Others?
When you use our products or services, we may obtain information about you from other organisations that have permission to share that information with us. We will use that information only in accordance with this statement and applicable data protection law.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We keep data for clear and legal purposes and process it in a fair manner. Data shall not be used or disclosed in a manner incompatible with those purposes. Information submitted through website contact points will be used to respond to your query and, where you have opted in, to send marketing information about our products and services. Do We Transfer Your Information Outside the European Union or European Economic Area?
EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework
Salesforce:Sales and marketing data logged in Salesforce.com that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, Dallas or Phoenix, USA outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Salesforce is self-certified under the Privacy Shield Framework.
MailChimp: Marketing details are shared with MailChimp and may be transferred to the USA. MailChimp is self-certified under the Privacy Shield Framework.
GoDaddy.com: Marketing details are shared with GoDaddy.com and may be transferred to the USA. GoDaddy.com is self-certified under the Privacy Shield Framework.
SurveyMonkey: Marketing details are shared with SurveyMonkey and may be transferred to the USA. SurveyMonkey is self-certified under the Privacy Shield Framework.
A list of Privacy Shield participants is maintained by the Department of Commerce at www.privacyshield.gov.
Quest also works with its affiliate AIMS Software Pte Ltd. in Singapore. Standard contractual clauses are in place for relevant transfers to that affiliate.
