Mosque Shared Services visit the AIMS team in Dublin

Quest were delighted to have a visit this month from Mosque Shared Services (MSS).

MSS is a committee team set up by MUIS, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, as the main provider of shared financial services solution for the mosque sector In Singapore. It supports the council in providing the necessary administration platforms for MUIS programs and services that are delivered at the mosques. They disburse a variety of grants to the mosque sector.

The MSS team travelled all the way from Singapore to visit Quest’s offices in Dublin and London.

Upon arrival in Dublin, they stopped by the office and spent some time catching up with the AIMS team. Our technical manager then accompanied them to the Data Centre facility where the MSS AIMS Grant Management System is hosted.

MSS also wanted to visit other AIMS clients and stopped by the National Transport Authority in Dublin, before heading to London to visit Comic Relief UK.

Talking about AIMS, Haryati Hassan commented, “AIMS has been a tremendous help for us in supporting with Islamic Religious Council of Singapore. We work with the AIMS team in Singapore and they have been very helpful and very patient with us. By giving comprehensive user training, helping us to review our processes, and giving us tips on how other sectors are managing grants, this has really given us a better understanding of how to be more efficient in our own processes.”

It was a wonderful visit and we hope to see them in Europe again soon.
